Es el paraíso perfecto para unas vacaciones de ensueño en el Caribe mexicano con familiares o amigos. Este es definitivamente el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones sin preocupaciones.
Este resort es un hotel Todo Incluido para Adultos en Cancún y una gran opción para una escapada romántica o un viaje con muchas exclusivas durante tu estancia y te brinda el servicio exclusivo RIU 24 horas, que es lo mejor. El resort hotelero tiene un estilo elegante con mucho verdor, palmeras y un patio con más de 400 habitaciones de categoría superior, muchas de ellas con inigualables vistas al mar que deleitan tus sentidos incitándote a querer más. Todas las habitaciones han sido desinfectadas, limpiadas y diseñadas para garantizar a los huéspedes una buena noche de sueño con el máximo confort y entretenimiento.
La bienvenida que recibí al llegar al Riu Palace Kukulkan del personal es la mejor ya que nos llevan por la alfombra roja a la recepción como hospitalidad Elite Club que sólo el Riu Palace Kukulkan tiene preparada para sus huéspedes. Sí, es un check-in y check-out separados.
¿Qué es un huésped del Club Elite? Es un nivel premium de club para suites Junior y de tamaño completo. La categoría Elite Club ofrece el servicio todo incluido las 24 horas exclusivo de RIU, pero mejorado. Tendrás acceso a comodidades exclusivas y estatus VIP. Esto se refleja al ofrecer a los huéspedes una pulsera exclusiva y un área de check-in. El check-in y check-out de todos los huéspedes del resort se realiza en la recepción. Hay un letrero con una fila separada hacia la recepción donde los huéspedes del Elite Club reciben una hospitalidad de alfombra roja. Me gustó la cálida bienvenida que nos dieron a nuestra llegada y todo estuvo listo una vez que dije mi nombre. Fue un proceso sencillo con un gran servicio de hospitalidad. Mientras esto sucedía, una joven nos dio una copa de champán para beber mientras esperábamos las llaves de la habitación y las firmas. Eso nos hicieron sentir muy especiales. El vestíbulo es precioso y tiene un cálido ambiente romántico.
Una vez que nos registramos, subimos por los ascensores a las habitaciones superiores del Elite Club. Todo era sencillo y estaba listo para explorar a nuestro antojo. Una de las cosas que encontré al abrir la puerta fueron los obsequios de bienvenida en la habitación con un maravilloso aroma en el aire. Había una carta de bienvenida y una botella de vino espumoso con hielo y dos copas de vino en la habitación que dieron en el clavo. Además, la aromaterapia de eucalipto en la habitación llenó mis sentidos de felicidad y satisfacción. Las habitaciones son encantadoras y las camas son cómodas. La vista desde el patio de la habitación es espectacular mientras observo las cristalinas aguas azules de Cancún.
La habitación también cuenta con servicio de snack bar y licores encima de una pequeña nevera. También tiene una barra de dulces que contiene Kit Kat, barra de granola, chips Pringles y bolsitas de frutos secos. El licor Elite Club en la habitación incluía José Cuervo Tequila Reposado, Absolut Vodka, Johnny Walker Black Whiskey y Bombay Sapphire Gin.
He comido en muchos resorts y debo decir que Riu Palace Kukulkan tiene la mejor comida. Probé los 6 restaurantes del hotel y todos están congregados a lo largo de una pasarela justo afuera del vestíbulo, a la derecha, frente a la recepción del restaurante Krystal, que es estilo buffet y estaba delicioso. Los restaurantes a la carta como Krystal no requieren reservación alguna. Si se registra como huésped del Elite Club, podrá hacer reservas para cenar cuando llegue. Si llegas a un restaurante a la carta y están temporalmente llenos, te darán un dispositivo que se iluminará cuando tu nombre esté en su lista de espera, lo cual es genial y la espera es mínima. El servicio y la comida de Krystal fueron excelentes como se esperaba, por eso siempre termino en este restaurante cuando me alojo en un Riu. El buffet estaba limpio y la comida es deliciosa, con muchas opciones, estaciones de cocina en vivo y los exquisitos chilaquiles para el desayuno eran mis favoritos todas las mañanas.
Todos los días pasaba por el vestíbulo y veía una estación de café de servicio completo donde puedes pedir capuchinos o café con leche. Ese aroma a café era un placer cotidiano para mí.
Lo más destacado del resort Riu Palace Kukulkan es la playa y las piscinas frente al mar. Son cuatro y eran tan buenos para el cuerpo y el alma. También tienen actividades en la piscina y uno de ellos tiene un bar en la piscina con asientos dentro de la piscina. Todos los días estuvieron bastante ocupados pero muy divertidos. La piscina infinita es genial para relajarse con vistas a la playa. Cada día es un hermoso día al despertarse con todas las maravillosas comodidades de la cama y el baño con artículos de calidad para el cuidado de la piel que harán que desee quedarse más tiempo. Para aquellas personas que trabajan de forma remota, este hotel es perfecto para ti. Podrás ejercitarte desde el área de la piscina de tu Jr. Suite viendo caer el sol. Observar los hermosos colores azules del Caribe mexicano no tiene precio.

The hotel resort has an elegant style with lots of greenery, palm trees and a courtyard with more than 400 superior category rooms, many of them with unparalleled ocean views that delight your senses enticing you to want more. All the rooms have been sanitized, cleaned and designed to guarantee guests a good night sleep with utmost comfort and entertainment.
When you arrive at the Riu Palace Kukulkan, the welcome received by the personnel is the best as they take us on the red carpet to the reception as Elite Club hospitality that only Riu Palace Kukulkan has in place for their guests. Yes, it’s a separate check-in and check-out.
What is an Elite Club Guest? It is a premium tier of club-level for Junior and full-size suites, the Elite Club category offers RIU’s signature 24-hour all-inclusive service but enhanced. You will have access to exclusive amenities and VIP status. This is reflected by giving the guests a dedicated wristband and check-in area. The check-in and check-out for all resort guests is done at the front desk. There is a sign with a separate line to the front desk where Elite Club guests have red-carpet hospitality. I was amazed by the warm welcome given to us on our arrival and everything was set once I gave my name. It was a simple process with great hospitality service. While this was happening a young lady gave us a glass of champagne to sip on as we waited to get room keys and signatures. This made us feel so special. The lobby is beautiful and has a warm romantic feeling.
Once we checked in we went up the elevators to the upper Elite Club rooms. Everything was simple and ready to explore at our leisure. One of the things I found when opening the door was the in-room welcome gifts with a wonderful aroma in the air. There was a welcome letter and a bottle of sparkling wine on ice and two wine glasses in the room which hit the spot. Also, the In-room aromatherapy of eucalyptus filled my senses of happiness and satisfaction. The rooms are delightful and the beds are comfy. The view from the room patio is spectacular as I scan the clear blue waters of Cancun.
The room also has a snack bar service and liquor above a small refrigerator. It also has a candy tray bar containing Kit Kat, granola bar, Pringles chips, and small bags of dried fruit. Elite Club in-room liquor included Jose Cuervo Tequila Reposado, Absolut Vodka, Johnny Walker Black Whiskey, Bombay Sapphire Gin.
I have eaten in many resorts and I must say that Riu Palace Kukulkan has the best dining food. I tried all 6 restaurants in the hotel and all of them are congregated along a walkway just outside the lobby to the right facing the reception from the Krystal Restaurant, which is buffet style and it was delicious. A la carte restaurants like Krystal do not require reservations at all. If you register as an Elite Club Guest you are able to make dinner reservations when you arrive. If you arrive at an a la carte and they are temporarily full, they will give you a device that will light up when your name is up on their waiting list which is great and waiting is minimal. Krystal service and food was excellent as expected, that’s why I always wind up at this restaurant when I’m staying at a Riu. The buffet was clean and the food is delicious with lots of choices, live cooking stations, and the exquisite chilaquiles for breakfast were my favorite every morning.
Every day I would pass the lobby and see a full-service coffee station where you can order cappuccinos or lattes. That aroma of coffee was an everyday treat for me.
The highlight of the Riu Palace Kukulkan resort is the beach and the beachfront pools. There are four of them and they were so good for the body and soul. They also have activities at the pool and one of them has a swim-up pool bar with its in-pool seating. Every day was pretty busy but so much fun. The infinity pool is great just to lounge around overlooking the beach. Every day is a beautiful day waking up to all wonderful amenities from the bed, bathroom with quality skin care items that will make you want to stay longer. For those people that work remotely, this hotel is perfect for you. You can work out of your Jr. Suite pool area watching the sun come down. Watching the beautiful blue colors of the Mexican Caribbean is priceless.
